Q. How do I access my POINT&POST Jobs account?
Q. I just added a new job to POINT&POST through MRI Network and it is not showing up. What's the problem?
A. Jobs posted to MRI Network are automatically sent to your site via POINT&POST jobs once, at the end of each work day. For this to take place, you must have checked the POP Interactive box when posting each job in MRI Network. In addition, when maintanence is performed on MRI Network or POINT&POST Jobs there may be slight delays in posted jobs being transferred to your site.
Q. I tried to add a new job to POINT&POST Job directly and received an error message. Why is this happening?
A. The most frequent cause for error messages with POINT&POST is the configuration/security settings of your internal LAN, proxy or firewall server. Try hitting your browser reload button on the error page. If this does not bring up the page you may need to contact your systems administrator to see if the settings can be adjusted to avoid this problem.
Q. I can't remember who I am hosted with?
A. Depending on the selection you made you are either hosted with one of POP's hosting partners or a hosting company that you selected. For more details, contact us.
Q. My site is not coming up, what should I do?
A. Once you have verified that there are no problems with you Internet connection you should contact us to report the problem. After hours and on weekends you should contact your hosting company directly.
Q. Who do I contact with email questions or problems?
A. Depending on the nature of your email question or issue you may need to contact different parties... For help configuring Outlook or other email programs, see email support.
For internal email configuration needs and issues you need to talk to your systems administrator (this may be someone inside your office or someone contracted by your office).
To set up new POP email accounts through your site hosting company you should use your Control Panel (see next FAQ).
For problems with existing email accounts through your site hosting company you should contact the hosting company directly.

Q. How do I access my Control Panel?
A. Select the Control Panel information of your hosting company from the Hosting Support page.
If you are hosted with Verio, you can reach the Contral Panel at http://www.yourdomain.com/stats/ (substitute your actual domain in place of "yourdomain"). You will need your account name and password to login.
If you are hosted with AIT, you can reach the Control Panel at http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/ (substitute your actual domain). To login use you password along with "cpanel" for the user name.
Q. How do I find out how many hits I am getting?
A. This information is available in the Control Panel for your site (see above FAQ). For more details about stats, refer to the support documents provided by your hosting company.
